Your Fragrance Online, is a e-retailer that specialises in selling male, female and unisex fragrances.

2. What types of fragrances do we sell?

We sell a wide range of sought after fragrances for men and women, our catalogue includes popular designer brands and celebrity perfumes. We carefully curate our selection, to provide customers fragrances you are seeking and will enjoy. 

3. What is our return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Click link to see refund policy.

4. What shipping courier and service do we use?

We ship items using only Royal Mail tracked service, orders are dispatched within two working days of being placed. 

5. Do we ship items abroad?

We only ship to a UK address.

Fragrances contain alcohol or flammable liquids, making it a restricted shipping item, we do not ship internationally.

6. What payment methods do we accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We do not see your card details, if you are still concerned, you can use the Shopify app called Shop to make your purchase.

7. Why don't we accept PayPal?

The fees for PayPal transactions are higher, we therefore do not accept this as a payment method.
